Jess and her team are so friendly, professional and knowledgeable and from my first appointment they went the extra mile to get to know me and my style. Jess is so personable, and really understands how to style a bride. When I couldn't quite find "the one", Jess recommend that I visited somewhere else to see if I could find exactly what I was looking for - for me, this just further demonstrates how fantastic Jess and her beautiful shop are - she really cares about her brides finding the right dress, and she helped me to find what suited me so I could find the one.
