Most of us can only dream of travelling at the moment, so let us whisk you all the way to New Zealand with our newest bridal designer: Hera Couture. Sorry, Flight of the Conchords, these dresses are my new favourite Kiwi export!
Introducing Hera Couture
We chose to stock Hera Couture at the shop because of their mix of romantic yet modern bridalwear design, their brilliant quality and their light support. I’m picky when it comes to lace wedding dresses, and I’m very particular about the quality of dresses that I stock.
Hera was the queen of the gods in ancient Greece, and the goddess of women, marriage and family. But you’ll feel anything but old-school in these ultra-modern bridal designs. Hera’s founder and lead designer, Katie Yeung, goes all out for timeless styling and luxurious quality.

Hera Couture Trunk Show Dates this Summer
We’ll be hosting a Hera Couture trunk show (sample sizes 10 to 14) between 21st May and 5th June. Just book your appointment on any of those dates and we’ll have the full Hera collection in store for you to try.

Introducing Hera Couture’s Curve Collection (Sizes 20 to 24)
Ideally, there’d be no such thing as Curve collections, and the fit of your wedding dress would just be your measurements instead of a number on a form. This is especially true in bridalwear sizing, which is notoriously mean: we rarely wear things that are so fitted or that stretch so little, meaning dress sizes do tend to come up smaller than might be expected.
At bridal designer trunk shows, brides can often be restricted to the tiny catwalk sizes available. Hera’s Curve collection adapts their stylish wedding dresses slightly to ensure a touch more support. Most importantly, Curve offers samples in a much wider range of sizes, meaning you can get a much better idea of fit during your appointment.
