Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of bookings with under a week’s notice are non-refundable. Appointments may be rescheduled up to 72 hours prior to the appointment booking.

Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged £50.

Appointment fees are refundable or transferable when cancelled or rescheduled with more than 1 weeks notice. For specific events such as trunk shows and outlet sales, appointment fees are non-refundable from the time of booking.

We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us if you believe an exception should be made to the policy noted above.
